Microsoft Math 3.0 Help

I bought the software last 5 months ago. After the reformat my computer due to the hardware issue, the code for Microsoft Math 3.0 does not work . I search through and found out someone stole the serial code and posted on forums [cracking sites]. I tried to contact Microsoft in order to exchange the new code. Microsoft website is impossible to navigate to the right forum or find the right contact information.

How could this happen and who would steal the serial code?
What should I do????

Just read the EULA agreement, the product itself does not have any customer support from Microsoft.
