Needed best alternative to Dream Viewer

I need best alternative to Dream Viewer (Shareware or Free) . It should be able to run in low RAM ( 256 MB).

You will not find the equal of Dream Viewer, especially one which can run on 256MB memory, as freeware. BTW I think Dream Viewer has a 30 day trial period. Do a search in Google for free web design tools and the like and you will find hundreds available packages.

I'd suggest you use the good old Dreamweaver 8 or Dreamweaver MX than the current Adobe's bulky ones in CS series.
