Is there any software that would tell me you have used your computer for 1 hour today and would prevent me from using my computer too long

The link you gave was about time tracking software for typists, Dentist ,lawyers etc I need a software that would tell me ""you have used your computer too long stop using it""

Maybe something like: "Attention! Attention! You have spent too much time in ur *censored* laptop. Stop chatting and browsing now and get the he#$ back to your studies!" with sounds and animations"
