Software to limit use of computer

Is there any software that would tell me you have used your computer for 1 hour today and would prevent me from using my computer too long

LOL that will also help me a lot if there is any of that kind

Maybe something like: "Attention! Attention! You have spent too much time in ur *censored* laptop. Stop chatting and browsing now and get the he#$ back to your studies!" with sounds and animations"

There is a sound like this in MsgPlusLive built-in

Big Stretch is a free simple reminder tool that prompts a user to take regular breaks and helps prevent the symptoms of RSI. Alternatively it can be a simple reminder program to tell you when it’s your coffee break!

    Example Reminder
The program will sit happily in your system tray (where the little icons are in the bottom right hand corner of your screen.) until a predefined time period of your choice arrives at which point a “balloon” will appear offering either RSI tips and advice or a message of your choosing.

    I need that program thanks!

For games console, (it is advised) that you have to take a 15 minute break every hour
