Adobe Acrobat 9 Pro Extended ~ Crashing

About 20 seconds after open adobe acrobat 9 pro extended, the program closed by itself. I don't know how that happen. I tried to reinstall the software, but the same problem occured again.

***I use legal license code

Can anyone fix this?

Try booting your computer to Windows Safe Mode and then run Adobe Acrobat. See if it still crashes that time.

By the way, is there any error messages?

There is no error message.

I am booting to safe mode in 1 hr.
