I am sure that is a "touched" version of XP SP3 disc.
I've tried a few Windows XP setup disc with SP3 integrated and they are a bit buggy.
In my opinion, the best is just use the XP SP2 released by Microsoft, and manually install SP3.

    Here's something you can try.
    1. Download and install this update.

    2. Download this archive and extract it. Copy all DLL files to %windir%\system32 folder. Copy intl.inf to %windir%\inf folder

    3. Reboot.

    4. Put your XP SP2 Installation disk into CD. (Note: Use original XP installation, not modded one)
go to "run" and type there: (use exact syntax, its case sentence including space - copy and paste directly into "run")
    rundll32.exe setupapi,InstallHinfSection LANGUAGE_COLLECTION.BASIC.INSTALL 0000040f %WINDIR%\inf\intl.inf

I am going to look for the MSDN/TechNet copy that you have.

I downloaded a few so-called untouched Windows XP Pro with SP3 + latest hotfixes integrated and they all have problems.

tipandtrick is the same as mydigitallife. The owner of the site is very daring to put up crack/hack stuff with google ads. They've been banned a few times but still not afraid.

And if you didn't know, the owner of the site is Malaysian too but now resides in Singapore.
