Question about uninstalling restore points and window update backup
Should I delete the window update backup informations and the restore points? My computer always create a restore point when I update window operating system. I am going to delete them by using Tune-Up Utilities 2009 software.
I want to make sure that I am deleting the right information that does not leave my system unstable. I have never done this before. I just want to free up my memory!!!
Thanks,
DD09

Yeah you can delete windows backup information. Also See - http://www.raymond.cc/blog/archives/...rd-disk-space/

You won't free memory by doing this, only disk space.

I am using Vista Operating System. I think the software that Raymond recommend is only for XP or lower versions.
By uninstalling the back-up update information and the restore points "will is change my computer stability?"

If your PC were running stable for some time after the updates, you can safely remove the back-ups.
The same goes for restore points, I normally only keep 1 or 2 restore points.

Has anyone use this feature before? I am afraid that if I delete my restore points create an unstable computer. I just want to free-up my disk space and make my PC runs faster.
Thanks,

Deleting restore points won't make your computer unstable. The only problem is if your system encountered any weird problems, at least you can try restoring your computer from a point that was working fine.
