No it's not. If you get it from the official website. Seriously man, you need to Google your solutions. No one is going to spoon feed you, and if you're so paranoid about viruses then why not run it a virtual environment? Or just scan it with VT? And please don't ask one-line questions.

Messenger Plus does come bundled with an Adware. So try it on your PC and risk your identity.

utkarsh is right, it does come with adware but this can be disabled during installation. Have a look at Ray's article about it.

mcafe siteadicer(enterprice) blocked it so i guess its not a good piese of software.

I got Messenger Plus! from a bittorrent network and it was good one, it is a good program but after a while i uninstalled it.

lol.. Messenger Plus is only good for the colors in your name..

why not try YM guys, it has a lot of feature but i guess WLM is user friendly to you like me in YM.
