Multilingual User Interface (MUI)

I'm surprised that there is no MUI pack thread here. MUI is a must have for a multilingual country like malaysia. So I think that all MUI related things should go in here. Recently Raymond posted a MUI installer for inferior versions of Vista known as Vistalizator located here http://www.raymond.cc/blog/archives/2008/09/22/download-and-install-windows-vista-mui-language-packs-on-vista-home-basic-home-premium-and-business/

But that is for vista only. What about office versions, 2003, 2007? Not to mention Windows XP. Furthermore there is also MUI for IE and Windows Media Player if anyone is interested.

Here on I have a question. How would we get our hands on a copy of each MUI? As far as I know technet provides links to copies of MUI but besides that I'm clueless, can anyone help me?

I am not sure I if I understand you correctly. Firstly you state a number of MUI's which is available and that Technet provides links to those MUI's and then you want to know how you can get a copy of the MUI's?

Wouldn't logic dictate you follow the link provided by Technet and download the required MUI?

@Odie: By mentioning Technet I mean that, that is one of the sources. I would like to know any other source besides Technet and torrenting. Also by inferior version of vista I would mean, those below ultimate due to limitations imposed on each version. Therefore I consider them inferior to Vista Ultimate.
