Windows Live Messenger Problem

I've downloaded Windows Live Messenger 9 "14.0.8050.1202" and installed it , but whenever i try to launch the program it give me this message

Follow the Error message and Re-install the Messenger. If the problem comes up again then make sure you don't have any WLM addons installed.

i tried to uninstall it but it does not appear in add or remove

Use this program and chk if you find WLM and uninstall it.

Then re-install the WLM. If it still occurs, use any other version of WLM.

Try Wiping/deleting files with File Assassin and then use any registry cleaner.
Then reinstall WLM. Hope this will do !

Windows Live Messenger does not appear in the prog to uninstall it and i tried to delete it but whenever i try to install it it tell me that i have already installed it before

Download and Install Revo Uninstaller. Use the program to completely uninstall corrupt Windows Live Messenger. Hence, Install the WLM again and check if your get the same error.

Do you have messenger plus? If so, uninstall that.

Then uninstall your WLM and use ccleaner to clear the registry left behind

When you try to reinstall WLM, if you get an error code, go to: C:\ProgramData\Microsoft\IdentityCRL and take ownership of that folder and try again
