Need help on trojan horse virus ASAP!

Here's my HijackThis log save file. Ok I know that the "ejna" something is the virus. But the only thing is, I can't remove it because it is write-protected. So, how the hell can I remove this?!!

Boot a Kaspersky Live CD, or get Kaspersky Virus Removal Tool and scan in safe mode. The easiest way. Or if you want to remove it manually, you can boot in safe mode.

If you know the location of the file, perhaps you can use File Assassin to delete it? Use it to unlock the file and delete it. Er, if you all think I am wrong, please correct me as I think File Assasin can unlock files even though they are write protected.
