ESET Anti Virus 4 Update Problem

Today, i installed ESET AV, but the virus signature database is 3948, which is outdated.
Can anyone tell me what problem is it?

Did you try updating it? If yes, then what happens during/after the update?

Update is not necessary-the virus signature database is current.
When clicked, no change, still that word.

This happens when you're using ESET AV on h@cked ESET update servers. So, is your ESET AV non-genuine?

Nope, i download from their site and use legal keys.

EDITED: A strange thing happen, the notification said i'm updated to the 4018 latest. But with my old desktop, it never update. Sorry for giving trouble
