Unable to Update Windows and Antivirus

I have installed windows server 2003 on my server and installs the NIC. but as i runs the windows update and try to update antivirus , it cant be updated.

It is some type of virus/spyware which deny to update the antivirus and windows.


As i take a look on taskmgr , there are many processes of svchost.exe.

I am unable to identify the the virus / correct windows process.

As i end task this process, system gets shutdown.

Please tell me how to resolve this problem

If you've just installed Windows 2003, I don't think it'll get infected by virus that quickly unless you downloaded the installer from some untrusted source?
