Think twice before saving passwords in Firefox (or any other browser)

Guys...a small warning about saving passwords in Firefox (or in any other browsers)

There's a program known as Istealer which steals usernames and passwords saved in IE, Firefox and Google Chrome. This program is a very dangerous tool if it falls to the wrong hands as it is which is FULLY UNDETECTED by most anti-virus software.

If you are the kind of person who download warez, cracks or keygen, I would like to warn you to be careful as some of these files have IStealer 'binded' with it.
If you are not careful, your saved passwords and login details can be 'stolen'...and one more thing is some firewall doesn't prevent IStealer from 'phoning home'...be careful...

There are three ways for you to 'protect' yourself from IStealer...

    1. Don't download warez, cracks, keygen...
    2. If you still want to download these 'potentially dangerous' files, be sure to disconnect from the internet while executing the files.
    3. Don''t save your passwords in IE, Firefox or Google Chrome...some people say IStealer doesn't work with Safari (no idea if it works with Opera) BUT still be careful...

P.S. Neither do I save my passwords in any of my browsers nor do I use any password managers...I simply remember my passwords in my brain...and manually type
them when asked for...and one more thing...I don't share my passwords with anyone.
They call me the mysterious one...
my motto is...when it's hot, chill baby

    Thank you for your advice,
I never allow my browser to remember passwords and user name, ma password are very complicated, I regurarly clean the browser cache, and above all I never look for illegal software such as cracks or keygen.

May I know the source of this information?

    Thank you in advance

I use about 8 email ids and each of them have different passwords... I still manage to remember all of them because i dont trust a virtual machine to remember my passwords...

Its a good warning safeguy... I too accept...

An old news but effective one...

The private version is the lethal one ~ Well I never trust my browser to manage my pass* for security and privacy reasons. For Kaspersky users if you're bit paranoid just use the Virtual key instead it provide an effective protection against keyloggers and screeen capture agents.

    *Kaspersky : Trojan-PSW.Win32.Agent.lta

*The private version is FUD ( undetected )

My brain is full of many other things that I just can't even remember my log in password.

    Thanks for letting me know.

Yes. I have no idea why Gonzor's first payload is still FUD, provided you choose the correct settings. The latest one is detected though.
