    SUPERAntiSpyware Online Safe Scan

as explained by Nick Skrepetos of SUPERAntiSpyware

SUPERAntiSpyware has introduced our SUPERAntiSpyware Online Safe Scan which will allow the user to quickly and easily scan a system when other scanners may fail to install or are blocked because of infection. The software does not create program folders or shortcuts and can be used at any time.
    see here.......http://www.superantispyware.com/onlinescan.html

    Nice update thathagat

On-line? because you need to download the scanner and run without installation.
But this tool is more like a portable SAS (on demand only) light and fast.

Indeed, I wish it was .EXE though.. then I could throw it on my flash drive and have it show up in the menu.

Actually you can simply install SUPERAntiSpyware free on your PC (or VM) and copy the folder from Program files to your flash drive...it runs fine 'portably' although it does leave some registry behind on the host PC...I did it before.

P.S. I don't know if it's legal or not though...so do it at your own risk.

No need to do the manual method, the said on-line scanner is in ms-dos form with same gui, so its already portable (8.7 mb) SAS scanner. You can also update it.
