I support you on that count...

You need to look at intent before throwing somebody in jail for life, or amputating 10 fingers. Many years ago I got busted on an extremely sensitive gov't site. I was threatened by 'agents', but no actions were taken. The SysAdm ended up giving me an extremely limited account on the system. The system was open to certain government contractors for a fee of around $60 per hour!
The account I was given had no access outside of my account, but allowed me to experiment with Unix. The SysAdm realized that all I wanted to do was to play with something more powerful than DOS 2.10.
Mankind hates what it fears, and fears what it cannot understand.
Therefore, hatred is a by-product of ignorance!

70 years in jail??? Isn't that too harsh a punishment? What's happening to the world...aren't hackers (or even script kiddies) human being too? Yes, he MIGHT have done something illegal but come on, let's be realistic here...70 years in jail, that bloke would have died by that time...
They call me the mysterious one...
