Two antivirus eat a lot of resource.....remove AVG is the best choice to free up your computer............If your computer still lag,try reboot to safe mode and scan using spybot search and destroy......

WTFFF it says my free space on my HD now is 800~ mb.... and before this issue of slow computer starts like two weeks ago I had 20 gb. WTF IS GOING ON.

[EDIT] Ok, as I expected, I system-restored back to before I had AVG, and it still lags. It also still has the mass HD issue, it seems like its downloading new content all the time because 10 minutes ago I had 1.67gb now I have 1.66.

    You're using Windows Vista, right?

Try running the Disk Cleanup. Go to Computer, and Right Click on your C drive, then hit Properties, then Disk Cleanup. Clean up everything in the first tab, but leave your System Restore points alone. Since you're having problems, that might be a good idea to keep around.
