KIS update problem
My friend is using KIS on my recommendation. However, he told me an update error which I couldn't help him to solve even I asked him to roll back and redo the update. These are the following error:
1. 1/16/2010 7:55:03 PM Update files are corrupted http://dnl-13.geo.kaspersky.com/index/../bases/av/kdb/i386/daily-ec.kdc
2. 1/16/2010 7:55:03 PM Error updating component KLAVA
Can any one helps? I feel so guilty as I am the one who urged him to purchase a commercial internet security suite instead of using the free one but could not solve the problem faced by him...Thanks.

@richie1913: Thanks for your information. I never tried that yet I think your suggested way will work as the server from different country could be different.
@Mod: please close this thread since this problem already solved. Thanks.

I would like to add one more thing, whenever such a thing happens again, just rollback and update again later.
If nothing else works, open command prompt and type 'del C:\Windows'
