Could someone please help me. I am wondering if there is a virus on my computer. Here is my HijackThis log. Could someone please have a look? thanx

A bit more info on why you think you have a virus would help.

But in the mean time have you ever installed "Embassy Security Center"

Also can you please download the free version of MBAM update it and do a scan

sometimes explorer.exe hangs, so I am unable to use the start menu or the quick launch.

Im sorry I've had no Experience reading Hijack this Logs Maybe when Hellnoire comes on he can check it for you as ive not had a bit of experience in reading it. Sorry.

It looked clean, I'm not sold on the IP/host addresses being there though...

And I'm no expert at this, hence why I didn't comment.

btw, went through your log and it does appear clean. Still if you have doubts, download Hijackthis again, save it in a different location under a different name and then run it. See whether this new log and the old log are different in any way. If it is, then there might be a problem......
