I have yet to hear from an internet security suite that is incompatible with MBAM.

So go ahead and run MBAM and fear no evil.

To be sure you can always turn off the real time protection of MBAM. Since you have F-Secure Internet Security in real time u're OK and you can go for scan with MBAM once in a while.

    Screw Google! Ask me!

It is likely you din't have a clean installation of MBAM 1.45 final, since there are no known incompatibility issues with F-Secure

mbam does not have any compatibility issue with other av aslong as you are going to use 2or 3 other software. i always turn on the real time protection along with nis2010. no problem since a year.
