LOL, before being a Windows user I was a normal person.
I know some people who switched to Linux or to Macintosh only because they were too tired to get infected: then they usually started to love Linux or Macintosh.
I never completely switched to Linux or Macintosh even if I have used both (Mandrake Linux, RedHat, Ubuntu, Kubuntu for example), MacOs 9.2 and MacOs x 10.03 (and IBM OS 2 Warp I would add),
In despite of that, I have kept on using Windows because I like to run the risk to get infected.
Believe me or not orcall me crazy: I think Windows is funny:-).

It is a little bit O.T and I am sorry, privacy concerns should be important for everyone, no matter what Operating System they use.

I have a facebook account, I never accept those silly applications like farmville, phishville, nor I took those silly quiz (by the way, they can be blocked forever)
Facebook is interesting cause you can share informations, read reviews and thoughts, meet (even if virtually) new persons or old friends, and why not? Help them in real time.
Twitter instead is absolutely insiginificant in my opinion, boring and like a dead tree

Not a twitter fan, never am, never will be. And I was privacy happy before I left Windows... but it got worse when I went to Linux.

I use Windows only because my girl demands it and my job will need it. Otherwise, I'd be a Linux only user. Though right now, I need to update the machine that's presently staring at me, and I'm thinking I might switch it to server edition of Ubuntu when I'm finished with it
