Hi leo thanks for teiing about Malware Patrol. But its not an webform, where you can check web addresses. Rather they provide block lists and you can also contribute there.

As for malwareurl.com it has been eliminated from WOT's list of Trusted sources because of failure to respond to requests for domain removal / domain review. Some results for websites provided by this service may be irrelevant, outdated and as a consequence questionable.
