Is this a trojan
I hope someone can help. I have this file in my temp folder that I cannot delete. It says "clclean.0001.dir.000". I have booted in safe mode, deleted it and whenever I reboot it is comes back. I have searched it on the internet and they say it is a Trojan. I ran Eset Nod 32 and SuperSpyware but neither one has detected it. Thanks.

Post a HijackThis log please...the fact that the file comes back it's not a good thing.

Ya post your HijackThis log here as Alboguy said. You can download it from here.
I don't need to know everything, I just need to know where to find it, when I need it.

Download Unlocker or LockHunter and try to use it to delete the file...
If that doesn't work...check if there's any particular entry in startup (msconfig) that shows entry to such a file...
If you really think it's an infection, download Malwarebytes AntiMalware and do a scan...remove any infections found.
And if that too doesn't work, post the HJT log as requested by others here.

I have one file named clclean.0001 which will not open and one folder named clclean.0001.dir.0001. When I open the folder I have these files:
ApiExShell.dll
| ActivationGui.dll
| Ky5s96SF.csa
| PfdRun.pfd
| ~de1785.tmp
| ~df394b.tmp
| ~efe2.tmp
After searching I found they have something to do with Creative Technoloy Ltd. Im not sure if it has something to do with Sound Blaster Audigy or not. Not even sure I should try to delete them, I am just going by what I have read on the internet. Should I still post hijackthis or do you think this is nothing to worry about. Thanks.

See if you can make a hijackthis post as suggested. If nothing else, locate the file and run it through virustotal.com

Hi NOKNOT
please do not delete anything if you do not know what you are doing, you could harm your system
This C:\DOCUME~1\George\LOCALS~1\Temp\clclean.0001 sounds suspicious
Your Sun Java JRE is not up to date, you should update it immediately to the latest build
Please download to your desktop ATF Cleaner http://www.atribune.org/ccount/click.php?id=1 (direct download link)
This program is for XP and Windows 2000 only
Double-click ATF-Cleaner.exe to run the program.
Under Main choose: Select All
Click the Empty Selected button. If you use Firefox browser Click Firefox at the top and choose: Select All
Click the Empty Selected button.
NOTE: If you would like to keep your saved passwords, please click No at the prompt. If you use Opera browser Click Opera at the top and choose: Select All
Click the Empty Selected button.
NOTE: If you would like to keep your saved passwords, please click No at the prompt.
Click Exit on the Main menu to close the program.
This will remove all files from the items that are checked so if you have some cookies you'd like to save. please move them to a different directory first.
Notes for Windows Vista users:
On Windows Vista that "Windows Temp" is disabled, to empty "Windows Temp" ATF-Cleaner must be "Run as an Administrator"
Once cleaed junk and temp files
download HitMan Pro 3.5.5 (30 days fully working trial) install it and run a scan.
Activate it only if malware is found, please.
Please make us know if HitMan Pro found malware.
You may find latest Sun Java JRE here install it a.s.ap
Also run a MalwareBytes' Antimalware scan and post a log file, thank you
