Sites to submit malware / phishing url's?
I found the site below where a malicious url can be submitted anonymously. Can we start a thread where malicious url's can be submitted? I am especially interested in the sites that allow users to submit anonymously (no email address needed). But all submission sites would be nice too. Hopefully we can build a list that can be used in conjunction with sujay's list of online website scanneres.

Then there are sites such as SiteAdvisor, Norton SafeBrowsing and WOT that allow for submission- although I think you have to have an account to submit a suspected site.
PS- I think we should also include which browsers allow for url / site submissions. IE 8 allows this in their SmartScreen filter and Firefox allows this under their "report web forgery" option for phishing sites but I aam unable to find this ability in chrome and I currently do not have Opera installed.
So IE and FF allow the submission of phishing sites but I'm not sure if they expect malicious sites that have "drive by download" ability to be submitted in the same regard.
