LCD blinking does not mean you have a virus for sure. It might be hardware issue too.
For precautionary measure, scan with Kaspersky Virus Removal Tool (free), Emsisoft Emergency Kit (free), Malwarebytes Anti-Malware (free), and Super AntiSpyware Portable (free). If there will be any virus, the above scanners will clean it up for free. Google above tools and save them on desktop. Except Malwarebytes Anti-Malware, other tools do not require installation.
Moreover, describe your problem in detail as requested by :Neo:

As above, but I've seen the problem before, and It was a bent pin in the connection cable.
    Seek more....scan often...

    Good luck!

    well
I do not think it is "virus attack".
This issue may be caused by a faulty or missing driver, your monitor could be broken or not well connected.

    @ : Neo :

a modern antivirus is mainly meant to protect a computer, asking to install an antivirus X or antivirus Y in a possible heavily infected system is simply senseless

There are some specialized tools for such a purpose

@ miyu_07 Try to scan your system with SuperAntispyware portable (freeware and stand alone)
and HitMan Pro 3.5.6 (a second opinion malware cloud based scanner - 5 antivirus engines - no real time protection - 30 days free trial - activate it only if malware is found)

now download HijackThis v 2.0.4 to your desktop, run it then click on "do a system scan and save a log file"
Please post your HJT log file here.

    I'll take a look into

    Thank you

the monitor now is working well again after i scanned it with emisoft anti malware and detected many viruses that my F secure anti virus didn't detected.

i have a question again if for example the icon names in the deskstops are highlighted does it mean of a virus??

    Hi Thank you
Would you please copy and paste your EMSISOFT antimalware scan log in your reply?

You main browser has been hijacked by some adware and/or suspicious toolbars:

    1) R3 - URLSearchHook: UrlSearchHook Class - {00000000-6E41-4FD3-8538-502F5495E5FC} - C:\Program Files\Ask.com\GenericAskToolbar.dll

ask toolbar is adware and a privacy risk

    2)
    O3 - Toolbar: Softonic English Toolbar - {930f1200-f5f1-4870-bac6-e233ec8e7023} - C:\Program Files\Softonic_English\tbSof1.dll
    R3 - URLSearchHook: (no name) - {E312764E-7706-43F1-8DAB-FCDD2B1E416D} - C:\Program Files\YouTube Downloader Toolbar\SearchSettings.dll
    R3 - URLSearchHook: Veoh Web Player Toolbar - {cd90bf73-20f6-44ef-993d-bb920303bd2e} - C:\Program Files\Veoh_Web_Player\tbVeoh.dll

while the above mentioned toolbar are redundant and suspicious (especially the last one)

    3) the following start up entries are unnecessary

    O4 - HKLM\..\Run: [NeroFilterCheck] C:\Program Files\Common Files\Nero\Lib\NeroCheck.exe
    O4 - HKLM\..\Run: [SearchSettings] "C:\Program Files\YouTube Downloader Toolbar\SearchSettings.exe"
    O4 - HKLM\..\Run: [SunJavaUpdateSched] "C:\Program Files\Common Files\Java\Java Update\jusched.exe"
    O4 - HKCU\..\Run: [LightScribe Control Panel] C:\Program Files\Common Files\LightScribe\LightScribeControlPanel.exe -hidden
    O4 - HKCU\..\Run: [VeohPlugin] "C:\Program Files\Veoh Networks\VeohWebPlayer\veohwebplayer.exe"

Now go to control panel>add remove programs> and uninstall
    ask toolbar
    veoh web toolbar
    Softonic English Toolbar
    YouTube Downloader Toolbar

Then please run again HiJackThis and check the above mentioned lines, then click on "Fix selected items"
    Now reboot.
And run MalwareBytes' Antimalware full scan,

Post the log in your reply.

    4) do you know what the following start up entry is meant for?

    O4 - Startup: ViiKiiDesktopPlugin.lnk = C:\Program Files\ViiKiiDesktopPlugin\ViiKiiDesktopPlugin.exe

I couldn't find almost anything searching the web

Leo, I found this and this

It is a plug-in that enables you to watch YouTube-sourced videos without problems.
