Infected with Winlogon.exe

Almost all the sites i checked say that winkeylogon is related with NewSoftwares.net, Inc. and is installed with Folder Lock 6.......its for using hot key for folderlock stealth mode....so if you have installed folder lock.....then its ok....else there is a problem.......first confirm whether you have folderlock installed or not ??
