Blue Frog

Have you guys ever heard Blue Frog software?
If you have, is it good? I got this info from wikipedia

here is the story why I bump into that software, I just recently got an email from friend, a trusted old friend, she just lost a member of her family, so when I see an email from her I open it & found out the email only contain a link address, so I click it & then WOT shows the warning page, but I decide to ignore it, and when I try to enter the web page KIS block the connection and mark that page as malicious, so I can't open it, the link was :

I believe the Blue Frog website was closed in 2006 due to spammer attacks.

ask your security softwares why they do not allow you to reach that link.
One security software can be wrong while it is hard that 2 different security softwares can.
