@Funkysourav, If you are sure that deleting the file won't affect system stability, you can try booting using a linux live cd and navigate to the folder and delete the file.

@Funkysourav: As you are on Windows 7 OS, using built-in tools is wise method. Ensure continuous power source during whole operation.
Right click 'My Computer' and select ‘Manage’ (alternately use ‘compmgmt.msc’ without quotes in Start --> Run). Go to ‘Disk Management’ under storage. After few seconds, it will show you your disk map. Now right click ‘D’ drive and select ‘Shrink Volume’. It will analyze your partition and will suggest amount of shrinkable space (MB). Select appropriate value (MB) here and select ‘Shrink’. It will create free space available. Right click on free space, create new partition, and format it (NTFS). You can also select appropriate drive letter here.
Later transfer your data to newly create partition (remember to skip nasty folder/file) and format (quick/complete) ‘D’ drive. If you want to merge both partitions later to have only ‘D’ drive, please ask for another tutorial.

@Boyfriend
do i need to unmount the D drive before the Shrink Process?
D drive already has a drive image of C drive(file size 5.7GB created by Paragon), when i fresh installed the PC
will that be affected in anyway?
will i do the drive backup using Paragon skipping the bad folder,
or simple file transfer?

1. You do not need to dismount D drive.
2. No data will be affected if you use Windows built-in tools and there is no power surge.
3. Simple copy/paste will do better than using backup program

If you still have a Restore Point at the time. Run safe mode and Restore Point on the time before the software is installed.
