    Thank you Indra there are a few password analzer's i have come across from time to time now you make me paranoid about using McAfee only joking, to be honest there is alot to be said about good passwords these days.

    LOL. Yes, they are pretty much a contradiction in terms.

    Creating a strong password is common sense really; include capitals, numbers and symbols. Remembering them, now that's a different story!

    One good method is to use pet names or nicknames and combine them with motor vehicle registration numbers. e.g. If your wife calls you pumpkin (heaven forbid!! ) and you call her sweetie, and the registration number of your vehicle is GBR-009; use any combination of those to create a pretty strong password, which is also fairly easy to bring to mind.

    e.g. I would use something like 'pumpkinsweetie009' for sites where security is not overly important. For those sites where security is more vital, something like 'PumpKinSweetieGBR-009' would be pretty strong.
