am i infected?

the other day i noticed the game website that i use got hacked and it had been a while from doing a clean install of my os so i reinstalled everything.
now today i think im infected still.i ran combo fix (i know i know)and the regedit stoped working (a pop up window)3 times.never did that b4.
also im seeing alot of spam emails from friends and love 1's that i know wouldn't spam
avast boot time scan (ya avast has boot time scan in 64 bit woohoo) and full scan came up clean.MBAM clean.SAS no thing but cookies.spybot is clean.
im unsure where to go from here.
plz advise!

1 - Combofix is old and will not work in Windows 7 64bit. Also, running it without knowing what you are doing can lead to issues.
2 - What did the popup window say?
3 - HijackThis log would be a good start.

Paul says it all. But if its rootkit then Hijackthis will not help. For further details about the state of your system I would ask you to run a scanwith Hitman pro and tell us what it detects if any and not to remove any.
