Click on the Online tab and those 2 will go away.
Netlimiter does not slow down my internet speed.
Can you be more specific on how does your Internet connection slow down?

This is the online tab.

Seeing that you have the Pro version, try disabling the "Limiter" feature.
Go to File > Options > Service > uncheck Limiter.

Try scanning your PC with Dr. Web CureIT, MBAM and GMER in sequential order. If you don't find any backdoors and the connections are still there, then they're probably harmless. In any case, you should try blocking them with your firewall and see if they are related to the system in any way.
