thread moved to the proper forum section.
Did you scan your system with some good antimalware such as MalwareBytes' Antimalware free and/or Superantispyware free portable and HitMan Pro (second opinion scanner - 30 days full working free trial) ?

I would also reccomend to download Avira Rescue System
read how to use it here
    http://www.raymond.cc/blog/archives/2009/09/02/advanced-usage-of-avira-antivir-rescue-system-bootcd/

I researched Ground.exe through google and I could find a load of torrents and suspicious filesharing hosts.
All those download links lead to illegal downloads.
I guess you are aware that using warez is unethical, illegal in the most of Countries all over the World and cracks/keygen/patches are often infected , aren't you?

    right
then download and install MalwareBytes' Antimalware free and run a full scan into an infected computer.
Also run a scan with Super Antispyware portable free and HitMan Pro

Trace the source. Use some windows utility tool like Process Explorer and find the root. Your Pc might be grounded too ( kidding! ).
