Service part of the program was unloaded from computer memory

Kaspersky 2011 generates this error message occasionally: "Service part of the program was unloaded from computer memory and the icon on the desktop goes grey and inactive." Can any one tell why is this happening and how to fix it?

Actually I used the Kaspersky removal tool to remove the previous version before installing this version.

This problem started long after I installed it.

Post update: OK, I used the search function and found 2 entries relevant to my issue. I will post an update depending on the results...

I was actually suggesting you start a new thread there. But google:

And you will get many results. If you post there and state your problem, you should get replies where they will address your problem personally, rather then you just trying to find similar issues. A Guy
