Windows 7 infected with viruses that disabled action center and has blocked net

a virus named qieewap.exe and various others have infected my computer it has blocked the action center, my windows defender is not working. my antivirus mcafree is not detecting it at all. my net is also blocked. i am using linux mint simultanously in the same computer i am using it for net. can u please tell me how can i get rid of these viruses.

ALL downloads should be done from the Mint installation. You must have a USB flash drive ready for running the portable apps. But first you must download and run the Rescue Disk. It's an ISO file so you can burn it to a disk.

The rescue disk mentioned there is UBCD4WIN. But I would suggest running an Antivirus Rescue Disk first.

Download the SuperAntispyware portable

It has a randomly named .com extension to get past blocking infections.

Download and burn to CD, or put on a USB The Microsoft System Sweeper

Run MalwareBytes in safe mode

If these can catch and quarantine the malicious items, then you can begin repairing windows if necessary.
