Today I received a notice from my Panda Antivirus Pro 2012 that blocked an attempt Pishing and showed me the address where the attempted attack. Address was from You Tube - I tried to watch the video with s.ytimg.com!

It would be possible if you unknowingly installed a malware through exploit or blindly clicking the YES button on a hacked website.

That is why I always disable unused devices such as webcam and only enable it when I need it. Moreover take note of the webcam LED light that suddenly turns on which means a software is currently using it.

@sinela I think you have to check flash player camera and microphone settings. In case you have allowed youtube to access your camera remove it
