Help with unknown treaths on my PC

ok, here is my problem. My PC got an threats which my PC keep on shutting down by itself when it enter to windows around 1 minute then it shutdown. it will pop up a window saying that your PC without anti-spyware. later it pop up again that your computer is affected with spyware and shut down again. I dont whether is it spyware or virus?? and if guys can help me. even safe mode i cant enter the window normally. if not im able to access to my computer an install any spyware and virus program.. so guys out there please help me.

Wow, if you're having trouble booting into Safe Mode, then it's pretty bad. I can guess that very likely it's a spyware.

You can try running UBCD or Ultimate Boot CD to boot in Windows FROM CD.
Then... run a scan from the antivirus or antispyware provided.

if that does not work try reinstalling your operating system completely(clean install) and using tools to stop that stuff from entering your computer in the first place.

-use spyware blaster
-use spybot with immunizations
-use firefox or the most up-to-date ie
-use a good a/v program

oh, and dont install suspicious anti-spyware programs, because thats probly what you did. either that or cws(which is almost impossible to remove). also malicious code like that is classified under "virus" so a a/v bootdisk with new defs would do the trick. one more thing, if you dont want to delete important data off your computer with a clean install, boot up in bartpe and remove all the files you dont NEED like the windows dir and files directly on your master drive with your bootsector( likely ide0 hd0 or simply drive C: ) then install windows from there.

Go to Internet Options under Tools menu.
In the General tab, you can easily change or remove your default homepage.
