well my sis is complaining bout those stupid viruses that send it to everyone on their address book.. and is it a virus, trojan, worm...etc and can i just use avg for her (laptop).

Most probably it's a virus that's sending it to everyone on address book. You can use any free antivirus to scan and clean the virus.

Make sure you update your definition first.
