Norton antiviruse HELP!!

Nortons has been bypassing this c:\WINDOWS\system32\fuck.exe im not sure what the hell this is..when i called nortons to ask about this they wouldnt give me any answers unless i paid.. this was in all my computers even my new one i just bought can you please tall me what this is i have parental lock on all my computers so i know noone is visting any porn sites is the something that norton knows about or microsoft and there letting it bypass HELP!!

Imho, I wouldn't even use Norton Antivirus. I had it when I first purchased my computer and let all the virus's in. If I were you I would use Avast! Antivirus.
