Use the 'Holy Binary' skill to heal it xD. On an on topic note, what do you mean by PC healer? Does the PC healer repair hardware or software, or even both?

Oh, how to remove viruses? Just use an antivirus, Kaspersky recommended. If you want to remove viruses from a computer without booting it, just use a rescue disk, such as the F-Secure rescue disk from today's blog post. If you want to be able to remove it yourself, you have to find the process, kill it, delete the file, and remove registry entries the virus has created, if it created registry entries.

You mean create a system restore disk to completely restore your system to how it was before the virus?

No. I mean like if my computer is now down because of virus/hackers, so I bring it to the computer shop to repair. I am wondering how they fix my computer? How they back up my file?

Kakashi, it's forbidden to place links in your signature. That's called advertising.

Well, that explains a lot. Well, they probably have a program to access your hard drive, or just hook it up to another computer. It's either that, or they used a rescue disk. This is only a theory.

Search the blog kakashi. I've written a few articles on how to back up first when you can't boot in to Windows.
