Cool How can I know if one site being redirect to a malware site

It happened to me today [if you are reading this, it was yesterday and so on]. This site was redirect to scanner-center site [promote rogue application]montgomerycollege [.] edu/ ~ k y e e /EE244/images/1/bridgesta7/norton-90-day-free.html -

My question is "How can I know if one site being redirect to a malware page?

One last thing, I am using Norton Internet Security 2009.

In Firefox you can set the option in Tools > Options > Security. I would presume most browsers these days have this option.

The best thing is by experience. You don't need any software if you surf internet 'consciously' and 'carefully'. But if you are up to some finance or money transfer stuff, you surely need one.

I never bother. Im not afraid to browse to any dangerous site as Spyware Doctor always can stop them or ESET will My suggestion is just use other than Norton. Norton is nothing more than a killer

One good thing would be to edit/replace your HOSTS file. SpyBot SD comes with a good list of rogue sites.
