That's strange that nivek_hcerg is Banned. Odie Banned him for good.
I was just going to give nivek_hcerg a KIS 2009 extra License. Hmmm, I have to find a new one for the license.

Well here is the reason for my decision:

Most, if not all of us, pride us in the fact that we do not discuss hacking/cracking on this forum. Apart from all the legal and financial repercussions it has for Ray, I also think that he does not want his site to be associated with these acts. Although content stealing probably does not strictly fit into the term of hacking, it at the very least is not an ethical thing to do. nivek_hcerg published a link to the content of a site he claimed to have stolen. Whether the content of this site is copyright protected or not is irrelevant, the point is anybody and everybody in the world had access to this through a link from this site. Furthermore where do you draw the line about what is acceptable to be posted or not, I think one should always weigh it against whether it is ethical or not.

I thought about the banning issue a lot and it seems as if Ray would not be opposed to the lifting of the ban, so I am lifting it. Welcome back nivek_hcerg.

One should never download any software unless it is from reliable source. I always first look for the software in download.com and try to find the reviews in a leading pc magazine such as pcmag.

Damn! these days people are trying to into our PC and get all the information out.

Always for the best product and old products.

Please let me say it again. I DIDN'T upload also the rouge software. I used a tiny program that crawls the site i give it and download all it's contents. Naturally, Kaspersky didn't let it download the rouge so i just uploaded html, pngs etc
