Weird, I am playing DigitalZone's version of Counter Strike and no problems? Avira is pretty well known for false detection.

Maybe ur Avira was configured to -> Highest Heuristic Setting *

Installers = Compressed Pack/Exe are sometimes tag as trojan.win32 heur due to its behavior

Try alternative AV Scanner - Portable -> KAV AVP Tool / Dr.WebCureIt

I accidently cleared my Avira History...
I ran the Installer SandBoxed n Vollah virus got activated but SandBoxed so PC was saved...
The Installer ran a Toolbar.exe file this file i guess screwed my PC last time Avira detected but couldnot stop it....
Sandbox didnt have a file in C: so registry modification is what it does..
All other files were virus free i scanned using Avira n A-squared n also Spybot S&D [too a hell lot of time Spybot]

Found something on the net abt it still unknown n registry modification no file as such...

    CS1.6 v35 directlink from Digitalzone....
One more person had complained but i ignored as it was around 2 months ago thought they must have changed....
    Alright its done thx everyone
