Windows slow startup and shut down

My com takes long time to boot and to shut down. I have adjusted msconfig... checked 'event viewer'. But haven't seen anything wrong. I have KIS 2009 installed in my com...scanned with it . Nothing happened. But when i checked with 'Calm win' portable anti virus, i saw a suspicious Trojan activity. Details follows.

What will be the solution to cure the above problem? Your help will be highly appreciated.

System Details: Intel Core 2 Duo CPU E 4500@ 2.20 Ghz. with Windows XP (SP2.) installed.

The igfxsrvc.exe process is part of the Intel video drivers and before you remove it I suggest you upload the file to Threat Expert for analysis first.
