help,problem deleting infections with kav

after full scan, infections are viewed on active threats tab but are not deleted.pls how do i delete these infections cos everytime i make a full scan thesame infections are seen

Go to detected threats tab and click Disinfect all .

It also happened to me once that KAV detected some viruses, but was incapable to delete them. I then used A-squared (my favourite program), who had no problem to do it.
