guess what, microsoft itself has posted this method after many blogs were written on it and microsoft fully approves this method because ultimately the trial version does expire.

Win Enterprise with slmgr, is good for about one year. After that we can format and re-use again. Not many users know how to format the computer. You know what, many of my friends who are aware on how to format the computer afraid to format, because they think that formatting crash the hard disk. So, there won't be much loss to MS.

I doubt so...the 'little loop hole' (Software License Manager) is designed by MS itself...if I'm not wrong, it was there since Vista...MS has better things to worry about such as how some hackers have managed to create activators/loaders for Win7...that's why they're releasing an update in an attempt to annoy pirates...
