uTorrent can easily be made portable by anyone.

Here's how:

1) Download uTorrent from here:

http://www.utorrent.com/downloads/complete?os=win

2) Simply put the utorrent.exe inside a folder.
Create a new text document and rename it to settings.dat (change the extension from .txt to .dat)
Place settings.dat inside the same folder.

That's it. You now have uTorrent portable. This method works for almost any version, both old and new.
