How to download Flash (.swf) games

There are some flash games that you can play online but can't be downloaded....such as this one:

However, you CAN actually download it....using "View Page Source" (if you're using Firefox)

Right-click anywhere on the site and click on "View Page Source"....

A new window with some 'geeky-looking' details would pop-out. Now press Ctlf+F or go to Edit > Find....

Type ".swf" (without quotation marks) and you will find a link to the game....something like this:

http://farm.stickpage.com/tetrisdgame.swf

From then onwards, all you have to do is to copy and open that link in a new tab:
http://farm.stickpage.com/tetrisdgame.swf

Go to File and then Save the file as nameofgame.swf (e.g tetrisdgame.swf)

Next time, you can play the game without an internet connection

I theres actually another way but I'm not sure if it's considered downloading the "flash content" itself but I just visit the webpage, File>Save Page As. All I have to do after that is just double click the shtml file.

I did this with Firefox, you can also play it offline.

And this will work for all different games? Like could i get a Game off Addictinggames.com and use it like that?

Edit : P.S Do you need to have Internet Connection to play the games once you have the link?

It won't work for all games, Captain Forever is one example of a game it won't work in, Evacuation is another. But most of them that you download via this route will not need internet connection.

Luffy no i Have tried to do a FB game but when you search .swf it doesnt come up with anything.
