then you need resource hacker...link

it's stand alone

then with this tool point to Windows\System32\it-IT\ieframe.dll.mui and open it...

change the language with yours, for me it is italian....

point to dialog after the string 54528 one click over the lonely string inside 1040..... et voilà......

.. so MS is sure that with ie10 surfing the web well'be easer faster and pretty much sure than with ie9.... (they sayd..)
