i search through the net with the same symptoms, mostly said that it is over-heating but i don't think so. It happens frequently. Is it virus? Or hardware problem?

    Doctor, Blackrose is here,
    Analysing the symptops
    1. Over heating Fan not work - this is theoritical only
    2. Malware problem

My MBBS and MD qualification says it is due to malware. First you must give it one of the best antivirus, probabbly Kaspersky.
IF the symptoms is not solved, give it an ANti-Trojan and anti spyware drugs.

Any way kaspersky should help you.

    Best of Luck!

I also think that it might be an overheating issue.

if it's an old cpu fan it just makes that noise but it could be over heating.

After opening the cpu and cleaning the terrible dust, it does not turn off anymore but it still turn white. After the monitor turn white, i need to restart the monitor, no need to restart the cpu. So, what is the problem with the monitor? will a monitor get over-heated?

Yes the monitor will get hot, thats why cats like to sleep on them but i've never heard of a monitor over heating.. Thats why there isnt a fan in the monitor..

And how do you restart a monitor..? Theres only an on and off switch on the monitor.. :|

Also, try getting another monitor and see if that works.. if it doesnt.. im stomped
