I have this ad tracker or cookie thing going on, and I can usually get rid of viruses in the past, or something I got a cold with, but this little tracker bug is a pain. Tracks, everything. I use Google Chrome. I using Windows 8.1 x64bit if any of that info is needed. Can someone tell me how to get rid of this? Is there something in my registry?

I tried this software already, but I am going to try it again. I get it from Majorgeeks.com, they have a program tool with all kinds of things from fixing your computer to adware, virus scanners. It is called Windows Repair Toolbox. thanks

that is what I was trying to say earlier about opting out of these things, I opted out of others and they don't come back, but AdChoices which I think is from Google. can't find a place to opt out. will read your link and see what that has to say.

I am going to upload this file, you will see something that my girlfriend was looking at online, a picture of a woman in a coat. there is a small triangular symbol at the top right hand corner. that is what I am trying to get rid of. please let me know if you see it or need more information. hopefully you can zoom in on the photo. thank you for all that take the time to help screencapture-delish-cooking-recipe-ideas-g3593-low-carb-recipes-1515277435244.png

well yes I have tried that, I don't know if someone else said to use that above or in another forum I was in, but I have great news using chrome I installed an extension. ghostery works like a magic pill, perfect extension. blocks them all, even google ads
