Junk Files From \Windows\Explorer

    I get junk files from Windows\explorer\thumbcashe. Is this something I really need for my system? Could I delete the thumbcashe part? I guess this would be a question for a software guru.

    That is where the thumbnails are stored when you look at images in Windows Explorer. You can turn thumbnail caching off so these files don't keep growing in size or even delete the files, but you can't remove them completely as they will keep on coming back.
